If we can create the climate for a healthier housing market, we can have a significant impact on improving educational, health, employment, economic and equity outcomes, as well as providing greater opportunities for generational wealth creation. This work benefits everyone. It helps low-income families, our youth just entering the workforce or starting a career, seniors and more. And if we can make progress it will have the greatest benefit for those with the greatest need. We will be relentless in our pursuit of addressing challenges and making the best outcomes of our opportunities. We are thrilled that we have these growth challenges, and we should celebrate our successes while we work to prepare for the future. And it's going to take all of us. Every community has their own role to play, and it will require long-term and consistent thoughtfulness and intentionality. There are no easy fixes and this is a very complex puzzle. Progress will be made one piece at a time. |
